Understandably for health and safety reasons Parr Street Hotel is a non smoking environment. Each room has sensors linked to our main fire alarm system and we ask you not disturb your fellow guests by triggering the alarm.

By booking a room you have agreed to our terms and conditions and accept that a £75 cleaning charge applies to guests where they have smoked in one of our bedrooms, bathrooms or lobby areas. Damage charges may also apply.
