Only 3 offices remain available. One on the 3rd floor, one on the Mezzanine floor directly above the reception area and one small one on the ground floor behind the intended reception area.

Prices start at just £200, plus VAT.

These fees include: -
 

• A 6-month to 3 year license

• Rent, Light & Heat (but not Council Tax/Rates)

• Wireless Internet Access

• Reception Duties (Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm)

• 24 hour access applies but our opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm with “out of hours” by arrangement

• Access to 3345’s Board Room

Note VAT is applicable on all fees and services.

Studio 2 (our largest) is now available for rental and is fully soundproofed.  The fee excludes water and business rates. It is a single storey, double height stand-alone building and also includes 5 recording suites, a control room, kitchen, office and toilet.  Possible uses include a bar, restaurant, club or live recording venue. We are happy to offer a 3 to 5 year FRI lease subject to the right business and client.  Joint venture agreements will also be considered. Studio 2 is available for £50,000 per annum, plus management charge, business and water rates and VAT.

Studio 5 is also now available for rental and again is fully soundproofed.  The fee excludes water and business rates. It is situated within 3345 (next to the Board Room).  Possible uses include a mastering suite, editing suite or photographers studio. Studio 5 is available for £6,000 per annum, plus management charge, business and water rates and VAT.
