MEZZANINE OFFICE 1 (MZ1) on the mezzanine floor next to the main sitting area, gents toilet and reception area. Is big enough for 2 or 3 desks and could be rented in conjunction with the office next door (MZ2).  Ideal for those keen to be close to the action.  MZ1 is reduced from £600 a month and is now available for £500 a month. We would accept £600 a month for this office rented in conjunction with the smaller office next door (that is MZ1 and MZ2 together).

MEZZANINE OFFICE 2 (MZ2) on the mezzanine floor is also next to the main sitting area, gents toilet and reception area. Is big enough for 2 desks and could be rented in conjunction with the office next door (MZ1).  Ideal for those keen to be close to the action.  MZ2 is available for £200 a month.  We would accept £600 a month for this office rented in conjunction with the larger office next door.

One parking space is available for £99 per month

OFFICE 8 on the 3rd Floor is big enough for 3 desks and has great views of the Anglican Cathedral. Office 8 is available for £400 a month.

STUDIO4 is one of our very best offices.  It is a suite of 3 great offices situated on our first floor (next to the lift, STUDIO3 and 3345 Lounge Bar and Restaurant.  A least 5 or 6 desks will fit into these offices.  Great to impress and soundproofed for editing and recording.  This was the studio used for recording the soundtrack for Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.  Currently used as a TV editing studio but will become available on 1st March 2009. STUDIO4 is reduced from £650 a month and is now available for £600 a month.

STUDIO5 is also now available for rental and is fully soundproofed. It is situated next 3345 (next to their 14-seat Board Room).  STUDIO5 is available for £6,000 per annum.
