OFFICE 1 on the third floor. Is big enough for 3 or 4 desks and could be rented in conjunction with the office next door (Office 2).  Ideal for those keen to be close to the action.  Office 1 is reduced from £500 a month and is now available for £434 a month.

OFFICE 1 and 2 on the third floor. Together they are big enough for 6 to 8 desks.  Ideal for those keen to be close to the action.  Office 1 & Office 2 is available together for a total of £800 a month.

7 parking spaces are each available for £65 per month - reduced from £99 for a limited period.

STUDIO4 is one of our very best offices.  It is a suite of 3 great offices situated on our first floor (next to the lift, STUDIO3 and 3345 Lounge Bar and Restaurant.  A least 5 or 6 desks will fit into these offices.  Great to impress and soundproofed for editing and recording.  This was the studio used for recording the soundtrack for Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels STUDIO4 is reduced from £650 a month and is now available for £600 a month.

STUDIO5 is also now available for rental and is fully soundproofed. It is situated next 3345 (next to their 14-seat Board Room).  STUDIO5 is available for £6,000 per annum.
