It was available to subscribers in the United States and Canada by e-mail, fax and conventional mail and was published every Monday morning. The newsletter even appeared on Christmas Day in 1995 and on New Year's Day in 1996. In addition the readership included team bosses and drivers in CART, IRL and even in NASCAR, not to mention high profile F1 fans in the US such as talk show host and CART team owner David Letterman.
