Terry organises most of the bands tours and the business side of things as well as being an excellent bassist also. His major influences are Stanley Clarke, Jack Bruce, Jacko & Rye Cooder. Terry's musical tastes range right across the music spectrum, but he enjoys playing the Blues. One of his most enjoyable gigs was playing the Royal Albert Hall supporting B.B.King. Blues Shouter will be performing with Connie Lush at the Sir Stirling Moss Legends Charity Dinner in aid of the Liverpool Habitat for Humanity Build Appeal on Fri 19th November 2004 at the Festival of Motorsport at Aintree Racecourse. Prices are £100 plus VAT each. Please call 0151 285 3895 to book your place(s). |
John started playing the guitar at the age of 15 and still does. He often played all-nighters at the original Cavern Club while doing his 'O' Levels. He has performed with dozens of Liverpool bands in the 70's & 80's until joining China Crisis (half famous 80's popsters). John says he played a major part in the groups fall from fame. Later John joined the Liverpool based R&B orchestra Supercharge and toured Europe extensively supporting acts like Chuck Berry, Fats Domino, Santana, Robert Cray, Albert King, BB King & Buddy Guy. John left the band after a bizarre incident with a German Nun and a french loaf. John then joined Blues Shouter and has continued to be incredibly unsuccessful! |
Since then he has gone onto play many styles enabling him to work with different bands including pop/rock bands which have taken him around the world, from New York to the former Soviet Union. Carl has a wealth of recording experience both here in the UK and in the USA, and is looking forward to the next studio album. Carl says: 'My time with Blues Shouter couldn't be better and touring Europe and the British Isles is a dream come true'. Click here to visit their website Click here to buy their CD's |
