STUDIO4 (Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels) is one of our very best offices.  It is a suite of 3 great offices situated on our first floor (next to the lift, STUDIO3 and 3345 Lounge Bar and Restaurant.  A least 5 or 6 desks will fit into these offices.  Great to impress and soundproofed for editing and recording.  This was the studio used for recording the soundtrack for Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. STUDIO5 is also now available for rental and is fully soundproofed. It is situated next 3345 (next to their 14-seat Board Room).  STUDIO5 is available for £6,000 per annum, plus business and water rates and VAT.

GROUND FLOOR MINI-RECORDING STUDIO (its called GF1 in the above list) is immediately available.  This room is already fitted out for you to set up your own equipment - so go on start recording your next big hit at Parr Street Studios. Ideal size for mixing and recording 1 or 2 people at any one time.  Available for a limited period for £2400, plus VAT per annum - sorry too late this one has been rented

MEZZANINE OFFICE 1 (MZ1) on the mezzanine floor next to the main sitting area, gents toilet and reception area. Is big enough for 2 or 3 desks and could be rented in conjunction with the office next door (MZ2).  Ideal for those keen to be close to the action.  MZ1 is reduced from £600 a month and is now available for £500 a month, plus VAT. We would accept £600 a month for this office rented in conjunction with the smaller office next door (that is MZ1 and MZ2 together).
