Steve has recorded 2 albums.  The first "54 - a moment in time" released in 2004 raised over £7,000 for children's charities and created interest in The Festival of Motorsport event that Steve helped organise. As the event celebrated 50 years since Aintree's Grand Prix track was built all songs were originally released in 1954. Steve is co-owner of Parr Street Studios & Hotel in Liverpool, UK - one of the UK's largest recording studios www.parrstreet.co.uk.  Parr Street is famous as the place where Coldplay recorded their first 3 albums and used by a host of big name bands and artists including Elbow, Stereophonics, Paulo Nutini, Barry Manilow, Russell Watson, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and of course Steve Macfarlane. Biography Singing sensation, Steve Macfarlane born in Greenock, Scotland now shares his time between Liverpool and London & overseas. Steve is a talented tenor with a broad range, one minute soft & sweet, the next strong and soaring. Steve sings blues, swing, jazz, rock and pop.  Inspired by idols Neil Sedaka, Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Frank Sinatra & Tony Bennett and songwriters George Gershwin, Cole Porter & Irvin Berlin. He has released 2 albums - "54 a moment in time" and the self-penned "Happy Daze". Steve sang and appeared in the BBC's "Moving On".

Music in The Afternoon third Sunday of every month in STUDIO2 at Parr Street Studios in Liverpool. Hosted by Steve and accompanied by Billy Hui this free to enter monthly concert attracts a hosts of guest artists and repeat visits from Steve and Billy's fans old and new. The event starts at 4pm during the darker winter months and 6pm during the summer. So remember to add the 3rd Sunday of every month to your diary.
